A hugely successful, upmarket holiday lettings company is looking to recruit a housekeeping co-ordinator, to provide a courteous and efficient housekeeping service for holidaymakers. You will arrange and supervise the servicing of luxury holiday properties and liaise with cleaning and maintenance contractors, on all matters relating to the managed service. You’ll also be the point of contact for all internal and external customers and third-party suppliers.
The role is office based in Windermere, with some site visits. It’s likely you’ll have experience in the service sector, in a similar role. You must have a proven track record of successfully handling and resolving customer issues. Experience in the holiday letting industry or property managed services is highly desirable.
